Whether you’re a recent graduate, or if it’s been a few years (or decades!) since you graduated from Emmanuel, there are many opportunities to be active with alumni initiatives – at home, on campus or in the community.
Emmanuel alumni are a dynamic and vital factor in keeping our legacy vibrant, welcoming and connected to the College’s past and future. By reaching out to your Emmanuel classmates and friends, helping to support students and making a difference in the community, you continue to live out the Emmanuel mission.
Whether you want to engage alumni in your hometown, recruit new Saints, or plan your class reunion, we have an opportunity for you! Review the volunteer opportunities below to find rewarding activities that meet your interest, experience and schedule.
Join a Reunion Committee
Are you about to celebrate a reunion? Each year we host milestone reunions during Alumni Weekend in early June. We need your help to get your classmates to attend and contribute to the class gift.
Volunteer with Your Regional Alumni Chapter
Alumni Clubs are a vital link to the spiritual, cultural and academic mission of Emmanuel College. From the first gatherings in the 1920s to today’s Alumni Association, the spirit of camaraderie, commitment and enthusiasm remains strong.
Regional clubs help to keep this spirit growing. The primary objective of these clubs is to promote and sustain strong ties with one another and with Emmanuel. Regional Alumni Clubs also help Emmanuel to recruit new students, identify career and internship opportunities for current students, and assist with fundraising.
The loyalty and dedicated work of regional alumni club members on behalf of the College are greatly appreciated, not only by staff and graduates, but also by current students who are enjoying their own Emmanuel experience.
Get involved in a local club, rekindle old friendships, make professional connections, attend regional events and volunteer. From social gatherings to informative lectures, Emmanuel encourages continued interest in the College while fostering personal and professional ties.
Emmanuel College alumni from any area who are interested in joining or organizing an area club should contact the Alumni Relations Office at (617) 735-9771.
